This Japanese style studio apartment with sleeping loft are situated on the ground floor of condominium, located in the new quiet district of Gurzuf. Apartment is situated on the private territory within 5 minutes' walk away from the sea and beach and 10-15 minutes' walk away from the center of the town. Apartment have 2 divan beds which convert into double beds along with Futon - traditional Japanese pull out double bed on the floor. Sleeping loft upstairs has a double bed that will be comfortable for 2 children or a couple. Inbuilt kitchen has electrical cooker, micro wave, electrical kettle and full set of cooking utensils. Clean, modern bathroom supplied with bathtub and washing machine. Partial seaview available from the window. Swimming pool and parking is available within the territory of a condo. Public beaches along with restaurants, Chekhov's cottage museum, vegetable/fruit market and food stores, Massandra winery wine shop and wine tasting are minutes' walk away, as well as Gurzuf seafront.
