Massandra beach and the sea, Khutorok la Mer restaurant and Pinta pub, Vincent & Frida restaurant, vegetable and fruit market are minutes' walk away, as well as Yalta seafront - the center of the town with plenty of night clubs, restaurants and food stores. Outdoor barbeques are welcome on the territory of the maisonette.
